Modupeola concluded a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Madoka Yoga Wellbeing Initiative based in Lagos, Nigeria in September 2018 and has been teaching yoga since October 2018.
She concluded a second 200 hour yoga teacher training with Proud Journey Yoga in May 2024 to further boost her Yoga practice and teaching.
She has experience in teaching Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Power Yoga sequences for private and group classes
